I’m happy to report that today I’m writing from the Garden State!
Let me tell you, it is a cruelty-free mecca! As such, I felt that I had to take the opportunity to update my cruelty-free at the drugstore challenge post with this latest info. As in the previous post, I’ve the list into cosmetics and skin/hair/personal care, then listed brands alphabetically. Please note that for cosmetics oftentimes these brands are in their own smaller displays at the end of the aisle and sometimes in even smaller displays up by the cashiers. Pay particular attention to these end of aisle gems because I thrice (that’s right, I wrote thrice) had OMG! moments, stumbling upon brands I’d never anticipated finding.

As if all this bounty were not enough, two other important pieces of awesome about Harmon. First off, I know they’re not all over the U.S., but, they do ship quite a bit of their stock from their website. Second, they accept Bed, Bath, & Beyond Coupons! Saved myself 20% off a single item + $5 off my total (Thanks, Mom!)
As with my previous post, please keep a few points in mind.
- I do not guarantee that these lists are exhaustive
- Cruelty-free status is ever-changing, so please do your own research; I recommend the resources in my blogroll for keeping current
- My experience is that not every store within a chain carries the exact same products within a brand
That said, happy cruelty-free discount shopping 🐶😍🐰
*These are only my opinions, formed through my personal experience as a consumer. I am not a medical doctor, an aesthetician, or a health/beauty professional. There is no guarantee what effect, positive or negative, these products may have on anyone else.
**All products were purchased by me from brands that, to the best of my knowledge, are cruelty-free.
