As per usual, this round of empties is entirely made up of skin care type products, no color cosmetics this round. Those suckers are really hard to use up!
I’ll start with several items I’ve used up from the Yes to line of products. I almost simultaneously finished off both of my Yes to Grapefruit moisturizers, the tinted and the untinted. I’ve extolled the virtues of the tinted version before, check out my light coverage summer foundations post, but I also like the untinted one for underneath bases that don’t have their own SPF. I already had a back up of the CC Cream waiting in my trusty back ups drawer and I’ll be repurchasing the regular moisturizer once I get back into my autumn/winter bases sans SPF.

The other Yes to product I’ve finished was a new-to-me version of the Yes to Cucumbers Eye Makeup Remover pads. I think I prefer these to the ones that come in the plastic jar. There are fewer pads included, but they’re larger so I need fewer each time. I also prefer the more travel-friendly packaging. Of course, what I prefer most is that these don’t sting my eyes at all.
Another new-to-me product this round was the ELF Studio Blemish Control Face Primer. It has a more lotiony texture than my other primers; I prefer my primers to be more silicony / gel-like. That said, I like the fact that it contains 2% salicylic acid and for the price, I’ll definitely be repurchasing!
Finally, on the spendier end of the spectrum, is my Sunday Riley Ceramic Slip Cleanser. I think this is my 2nd bottle and I’ll definitely be repurchasing. This does a really nice job with cleansing and I particularly like that it seems to control oil without drying or adding to any redness I might have. Plus, it has a lovely earthy, herby scent!
I’d be thrilled to know your thoughts on any of these products! Happy emptying 🙂

I found your blog in the recent post on confetti and curves! I love your posts about cruelty free beauty products! Look forward to reading more!
