Welcome to my inaugural blog post!

Thanks so much for stopping by, this has been a long time in coming but has been labor of love (or at least a labor of like a lot).  I began this journey in 2010, when I stumbled upon a beauty vlogger doing a review of a product I was interested in buying.  If you continue to follow this blog, you’ll see coming late to the party is one of my signatures.  Anyway, a weekend marathon of viewing later, and to what does my poor husband (then boyfriend), who’d been out of town, come home? An apartment decimated of all of our old personal hygiene and cleaning products and a scattering of receipts for all the new, cruelty-free, loot I’d bought to replace it.
