Beautyforgood HQ is in the middle of a move, but I wanted to post this quick and easy FOTD that I recently did using color cosmetics from Sonia Kashuk. I. I’d long been a fan of the brand and was so pleased to learn it’s cruelty-free 🙂 It’s exclusively available at Target, brick-and-mortar and online, and I’d say qualifies as being at the higher end of the drugstore-priced spectrum.
I have a quite the collection of the 12-pan eye shadow palettes available, and this one, Eye on Textured Nudes 04, is my most recent purchase. I was seriously drawn in by that second row of dusty pinks, so decided to create a look using all 3! The matte shade made a nice, subtle crease color and the shimmery middle shade gave a nice touch of light to the lid. I decided to go a little disco with the sparkle shade on the lower lash line 🙂
The eye definitely dictated the rest of look; I was going for a muted monotone pink. So, for the cheeks, I used another new purchase, the Beautifying Blush in Pink. I liked the subtle flush it provided and I felt like the matte texture did a little bit to camoflauge my pores.
For the lip, I went old school with one of my all time fave glosses, Shine Luxe Sheer Lip Color in Sheer Pink Lust. I’d have to say, the highlight for me of this brand has always been the lip products. Their formulas are scent- and flavor-free and they all wear comfortably and well throughout the day.
Ok, back the packing for me. I’m packing my makeup today, very stressful 😉
