My (new) favorite cruelty-free lip gloss!

A while back, I posted some info on cruelty-free lip glosses that I like, along with my criteria for what constitutes a good gloss in my book.  Namely, not sticky, not sheer, and not flavored!  Well, I’ve found a new favorite in the Anastasia Beverly Hills Lip Glosses!

Now, I know I just did an ABH post last week, and I am in no way affiliated or sponsored by her brand, it’s just been an ABH kind of week 🙂  Plus, these glosses meet all of my criteria, and then some.  The are fully opaque, even the lighter shades, have no taste (but a delightful vanilla cupcake scent) and a nice flat, double-sided sponge-tip applicator that makes application a breeze.  They are not sticky/gloopy on the lips… don’t get me wrong, if the wind blows your hair onto your lips, it will stick a bit.  But, it’s a price I’m willing to pay.  Oh, speaking of which, the actual price for these is $16, not the cheapest, but certainly not the spendiest either.

The two colors I decided I needed to have immediately  were Sepia and Warm Bronze.

Sepia is described as a on the ABH website as a “warm reddish brown”, though it was definitely the cooler of the two when compared with Warm Bronze.

Warm Bronze is described as an “intense dusty rose”; I think on me it does have a bit of a bronziness to it, but nothing brassy or orangey.  It’s definitely been a recent go-to for me 🙂

I’m already planning which color I want next, Vamp!  Or Kristen, or Tara, or Fudge or… uh oh 😉

**All products were purchased by me from brands that, to the best of my knowledge, are cruelty-free.
